JAMES SCHNEIDER serves as Chief Compliance Officer for Dynamic Youth Community, bringing more than 30 years of experience in substance use disorder treatment and a longstanding commitment to the DYC mission.

Mr. Schneider began his career with Dynamic Youth Community in 1994 and has held various leadership roles throughout his career. As Chief Compliance Officer, he provides oversight and guidance on organizational compliance, regulatory requirements and operational standards, helping to ensure that DYC continues to uphold the highest standards of care and accountability.

He is an Advanced Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor and earned his Bachelor of Arts in Sociology & Anthropology from The College of Staten Island of The City University of New York in 1997. Mr. Schneider currently serves on the Nassau County Heroin Prevention Task Force Treatment Subcommittee and was a member of the New York State Office of Addiction Services and Supports (OASAS) Administrative/Regulatory Relief Group.

Throughout his career, Mr. Schneider has remained committed to supporting individuals and families affected by substance use and continues to contribute to the community through outreach, advocacy and professional collaboration.
