Outreach at DYC
Part of the work of DYC’s Outreach Coordinator, Paul Marianovsky, is to make contact with school administrators and other community leaders to schedule no-cost speaking engagements for audiences that need information about the dangers of drug and alcohol abuse, the misuse of prescription medication in particular, as well as the resources that are available if someone they know is experiencing problems with addiction.

Speaking Engagements
Here at Dynamic Youth Community (DYC), we offer all types of Speaking Engagements for High School students, Parent Teacher Association (PTA) meetings, and other community organizations. Our speaking engagements are approximately one to two hours long, and our topics are tailored based on the audience we speak to. During the presentation, the members and/or families of our program share their personal stories and experiences and speak about their life before entering DYC and while in the program. Narcan Trainings
Narcan Trainings can also be scheduled for schools, community organizations, doctors’ offices and other interested parties. Narcan is the antidote that reverses the side effects of an opioid overdose. With this training, one will learn how to administer Narcan and the follow up stages after the overdose. Informational Sessions
To help spread awareness within the communities, we also offer Informational Sessions. These informative sessions will discuss all the services Dynamic Youth Community offers, as well as the criteria and process for admission.
